Lolie H. Penn age 85 of New Castle passed away Sunday May 17, 2009 at Hickory Creek Nursing Home.
She was born April 21, 1924 in Bainbridge, Georgia the daughter of the late Barely T and Johnny Rentz Nix. She was a housewife and a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of New Castle.
Survivors include her children: Ben Penn of Kokomo, Wayne Penn of Kokomo, Tony Penn of New Castle, Sandra (Bruce) Teague of Richmond and Linda (James) Marlow of New Castle, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. 2 sisters Imojene and Cassie both of Florida.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband Benjamin, 5 brothers, 2 sisters and 1 grandson.
There will be a graveside service Wednesday May 20, 2009 at 2:30 PM at Green Hills Memory Gardens. Rev. Donald Silvers will be officiating. Friends may call at Marcum Community Funeral Home Wednesday from 12:30- 2:30 PM. Online condolences may be made at www.marcumfuneralhome.com
