Allene Willis age 69 of New Castle passed away Saturday July 5, 2008 at Glen Oaks Nursing Home.
She was born August 9, 1938 in Albany, Kentucky the daughter of the late Andrew and Lilly Guffey. She retired as a CNA, was a member of the Sound The Alarm Church in New Castle.
She is survived by her husband Paul Willis of New Castle, sons Tom (companion Monica Keith) of New Castle, Chester (wife Dianna) Willis both of New Castle, daughters Cynthia (husband Robert) Crank, Peggy Byers and Misty Willis all of New Castle, brother Gene Guffey of New Castle, grandchildren Shelley Willis, Angie (husband Brandon) Smith, Anthony (Kara) Willis, Amy Willis and Bobby (wife Melissa) Crank. Several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Life long friends Nancy Lee, Patsy Smith and Melissa Trent all of New Castle.
Services will be Wednesday July 9, 2008 at 11 AM at Marcum Community Funeral Home. Rev. Ken York will be officiating. Burial will follow in Hillsboro Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday 4-8 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.marcumfuneralhome.com
