Bruce Daniel age 80 of New Castle passed away Wednesday April 9, 2008 at his residence.
He was born March 28, 1928 in Rockcreek, TN. The son of the late Albert "Bert" Daniel and Florie Raines Daniel. He retired from Detroit Steal in Morristown in 1995 and worked at Trainor Springs in New Castle for 27 years. He resided with his son Dewayne, an avid Bowler and Stock Car fan.
Survivors include his ex wife Kathleen Daniel. Sons Albert (Susie) Poe of New Castle, Dewayne Daniel of New Castle, 3 daughters Gail Hutson of New Castle, Hope Smith of New Castle, Kay (Ronnie) Winchester of New Castle, 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his 1st wife Opal, son Michael Daniel and daughter Bonnie Jean Daniel. 1 great granddaughter Emily Walters in 2006. Son in law Steve Hutson. Also several brothers and sisters
Services will be Friday April 11, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Marcum Community Funeral Home. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery West Lawn Addition. Friends may call from 12-2 PM Friday prior to service. Online condolences may be made at www.marcumfuneralhome.com
