Lloyd D. Reneau age 88 of Farmland, Indiana and formerly of New Castle passed away Saturday at the home of his daughter in Farmland.
He was born January 20, 1922 in Corydon, Indiana the son of the late Clarence and Ethel McCullum Reneau. He was in the U.S Army during WWII, worked and retired from Dana Corporation after 28 years. He was a member of the American Legion and attended the New Syrma Church in Spiceland.
Survivors include: 2 daughters Jane Tignor (husband Bob), Linda Coy Gilchrist (husband George), grandchildren David Hicks, Robert Hicks (wife Carrie), Jeff Coy (wife Lisa), Darren Coy (wife Diana), Tanya Lott (husband James), Lori and Randy Gilchrist, great grandchildren Brandin Coy, Whitney (Coy) (Hunt) Taylor, Tyler Coy, Tanner Coy, Jason Coy, Jessica Coy, Josiah Lott, Charis Lott, Christopher Wadman, great great grandchildren Nathan Coy, Addison Brie Coy.
Sisters Sylvia Taylor, Shirley Razor, Betty Tarr (husband Bob), Clarice Hart, Helen Branham (husband Jesse). Brothers David Reneau (wife Dee), Paul Reneau.
Preceded in death by his wife Thelma, parents, 2 brothers Raymond and Jesse.
Calling will be 2-4 PM Tuesday June 22, 2010 at Marcum Community Funeral Home. There will be Military Honors at 3:45 PM Tuesday given by the American Legion and VFW.
