Lucille Devine age 99 of New Castle passed away Thursday at Henry County Hospital.
She was born July 26, 1911. She was involved in Foster Grandparents after 25 years, Republican Party over 70 years and Eastern Star 60 year member.
Survivors include her children: Patricia (Farris) Wakefield, Doris Sampson, Sharon (Earl) Hunt, Jennifer Lucas, Lisa Burris both of New Castle, grandchildren Wendy Flynn, Jessie Harvey both of New Castle, Joe Dobbs of Kokomo, Justin Ciempola of Florida, Billy and Rick Sampson of California, Mike Wakefield of California, 11 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren.
Preceded by her husband Erbie, granddaughter Nicole Renee Flynn.
Services will be Tuesday at 12:00 PM at Marcum Community Funeral Home. Friends may call from 10AM-12PM Tuesday. Online condolences may be made at www.marcumfuneralhome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lucille Devine Memorial Fund c/o Marcum Community Funeral Home.
